We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, and distribution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving productivity, developing efficient processes, and fostering a cohesive team environment, ensuring smooth and effective operations across the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, store replenishment, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, online fulfillment, and 3PL replenishments.

• Maintain the physical layout of the warehouse, implementing new design layouts to optimize space and efficiency.

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.

• Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to meet productivity goals and consistently achieve KPI targets.

• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation to maintain a safe work environment.

• Manage stock control processes, including regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and accuracy checks.

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a cohesive and productive team.

• Coordinate efficient shipping and distribution of products to stores, customers, and other destinations, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Implement quality control procedures to verify product quality and accuracy during receiving, replenishment, and shipping.

• Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries, returns, and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage inventory and distribution across various channels, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.
