Overview

The VIP/Executive LEAD Housekeeper to work in premium VIP space. This space is most similar to a night club environment so it's fast paced but needs a LEAD housekeeper who will be diligent to the experience of the guests. High attention to detail. Prior Leadership/Supervisor experience required.

Pay Rate: $22/hour Biweekly

Shift: Event Based; including weekends

Location: Al Davis Way

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Customer Service Experience

• One (1) year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to team members

• Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management

• Report performance issues to the Supervisor

• Assist with the training of cleaning team

• Coordinate work assignments

• Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules

• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building

• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property

• Report work orders for maintenance

• Makes sure premises are secured at all times

• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work

• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager

• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building

• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly

• Complete order forms completely and accurately

• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
