Job Description:

Venetian is seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet the company's objectives.

Venetian needs a very strong Project/Product Manager to assist with some large initiatives on the 2025 roadmap. The client is looking for candidates with experience in IT Infrastructure who can work on internal IT projects related to networking and systems.

Additionally, Venetian has a very high priority initiative focused on implementing major changes to our Wi-Fi/Internet/Bandwidth delivery services in our Expo Convention Center. This candidate would ideally have solid experience and understanding of Wi-Fi, with any experience or knowledge in working on the conventions side of the business delivering these services to convention exhibitors and guests. The skill set would be more aligned with someone who may have done any Windows upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate and lead project team meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project status, updates, and any changes to stakeholders.

• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

• Experience in IT Infrastructure, networking, and systems.

• Solid understanding of Wi-Fi and experience in the conventions side of the business is highly desirable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00
