Job Title: Rooftop Solar Installer

Job Description

We are seeking candidates local to Las Vegas to work on a commercial rooftop solar installation project. This is a 3-4 month project, providing an excellent opportunity to gain solar experience with a reputable company. No per diem is offered for this role.

-Must have OSHA 10 Certification

-Must have PV (photovoltaic license)

Responsibilities

• Shoveling, backfilling, raking, concrete work, module and rack mounting.

• Using small hand tools such as compactors, concrete saws, drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers.

• Supporting the efforts of the construction management team to complete the mechanical installation of components on a solar carport system and commercial rooftop solar installations.

• Aiding in material movement and logistics.

• Being part of one of the three crews: dirt crew, module/panel crew, and wire management.

Work Environment

The work environment is an outdoor construction site, requiring individuals to work in various weather conditions. The dress code is casual construction attire, with PPE and Steel Toe Boots. You will work with a small team to achieve project goals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
