What you’ll do:

• Purchase, receive and secure all inventory for Restaurant, Foundation Room, Music Hall and Special Events.

• Assist with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. Match received items to original order, check quality and pricing, and report discrepancies.

• Compile weekly inventory reports and monthly physical inventory counts. Enter and maintain data in inventory system (CrunchTime). Complete additional ad hoc inventory reports.

• Travel to local stores to complete impromptu tasks to purchase urgent and essential inventory items, as needed.

  What you’ll need:

  Required:

• Computer experience, including MS Office; ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel

• Valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and reliable means of transportation

• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

  Physical Work Demands:

• Fast paced work environment with extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet

• Exposure to extreme kitchen heat and cooler refrigerator temperatures throughout work shift

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
