Honeywell Program Specialist I in Las Vegas, Nevada

As a Program Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in promoting and assisting in the management of various programs within the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of programs.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Las Vegas, Nevada location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our programs by providing support in project coordination, data analysis, and documentation. Your contributions will help drive the successful delivery of projects, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the BA business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the coordination and management of various programs within the BA business unit

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

  • Provide administrative support, including data analysis, documentation, and reporting

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

  • Must attain a Bachelor’s or Master's degree between May 2023 and June 2024 from an accredited college or university.

  • Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
