This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2716 N Tenaya Way, Fifth Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89128.

We offer 4-6 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Networking Contracting Coordinator , you will be responsible for:

  • Business unit support in implementation and administration of assigned contracts.

  • These can include but are not limited to provider group outreach for document collection, database loading and monitoring tasks to completion.

  • You are also going to be responsible for overall provider contract and amendment loading and processing, using various databases to perform these tasks.

  • You will also serve as a resource to others. Generally, your work will be self-guided, and you will be supporting more complex issues with less structure.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • 2+ years of claims or data entry experience.

  • 6+ months of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.

  • 6+ months of intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending, and reporting on metrics.

  • Ability to craft a professional email correspondence.

  • Ability to work onsite at 2716 N Tenaya Way, Fifth Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89128 during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous contracting experience.

  • Experience in continuous process, efficiency, and quality improvement.

  • Experience with MS Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry, basic formulas) and MS PowerPoint (create presentations).

  • Experience with medical terminology.

  • Experience in SalesForce.

Nevada Residents Only: The hourly range for this is $28.03 - $54.95 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
