Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer in the Machinery Manufacturing industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role focuses on diverse design tasks to boost brand visibility. From packaging to branding labels and marketing materials, it centers on creating visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines. Ensuring projects resonate with target audiences and meet marketing goals is key. Moreover, managing design assets and documentation maintains brand consistency for future use.

· Conceptualize and design innovative and visually striking packaging solutions that effectively communicate product features and benefits.

· Create packaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines while also standing out on the shelf and attracting consumer attention.

· Develop creative and innovative designs for branding labels, marketing and print materials, and in-store signage.

· Edit and retouch product photos to ensure high-quality imagery for digital and print materials.

· Create mockups for sales and marketing presentations to showcase product designs and branding concepts.

· Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

· Manage design assets such as logos, images, and graphics to maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.

· Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects for easy accessibility and future reference

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS)

• Advanced knowledge of CSS, HTML, and HTML5

• Demonstrable graphic design skills

• Previous experience in a web designer role within the machinery manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of mobile and responsive design

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve coding issues

• Excellent visual design skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based projects based on user-centered design principles

• Experience in conducting website testing

• Familiarity with web standards and developing designs for multiple browsers and platforms.
