SUMMARY: Responsible for accurately recording audits daily totals in a timely manner in accordance with established company policies, procedures and controls.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:*

  • Previous experience performing same or similar job duties
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage, gaming, or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency in Excel and InfoGenesis preferred
  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and to respond to common inquiries or complaints/questions/concerns
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Perform audit of daily revenue information
  • Record daily information into revenue audit report forms and run back-up reports
  • Knowledge of general ledger coding in relation to food and beverage audits
  • Evaluate various situations, with respect to revenue audits, and determine how to handle the situation
  • Accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
