An Experienced Customer Service Representative with 2 to 4 years of Product/Manufacturing Customer Service experience.

Location: South Las Vegas

Position: Customer Service Representative

Salary: $17.00 - $18.25 per hour (based on experience and knowledge)

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests.

• Utilize excellent phone skills to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

• Demonstrate strong computer skills to manage customer information and support requests.

• Assist with customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer applications.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude.

• 2 to 4 years of Product/Manufacturing Customer Service experience.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
