Description:
Summary:
The Creative Services Account Coordinator manages client relationships, oversees project timelines, coordinates with creative teams, and ensures deliverables meet client expectations. Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, reviewing creative design and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management tools are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Coordinate and track project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Collaborate with creative, property, and marketing teams to identify project needs and adjust workflows as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities or unforeseen challenges.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and brand vision to ensure that the creative direction aligns with their expectations.
Manage and prioritize multiple clients and high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project receives the appropriate attention and resources.
Effectively balance competing deadlines and client expectations, proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to maintain workflow efficiency and deliver exceptional results across all projects.
Review and assess creative materials to ensure they align with client requirements and quality standards.
Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns and providing timely updates on project progress.
Ensure that all final assets are properly formatted and optimized for delivery across various platforms or formats required by the client.
Perform quality checks on all final deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications and creative standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, property, and marketing, to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in a project coordination or account management role, preferably within the gaming, entertainment, or creative industries.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with project management tools.
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
