Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, located in the LINQ Promenade in the heart of the fabulous Las Vegas Strip, has redefined the destination entertainment experience. Following in the footsteps of our original Brooklyn location, noted as “one of the most incredible places on Earth,” by Rolling Stone, we’ve stacked the deck for a truly unforgettable experience.

With three levels spanning nearly 80,000 square feet, it’s one of the largest music venues in America. Brooklyn Bowl integrates a premier performance venue, food by Blue Ribbon, bars which feature local craft brewed beers, and 32 bowling lanes which give guests a unique place to relax, eat, drink and watch a performance.

The Busser is responsible for ensuring that the dining room tables are set and maintained throughout their assigned shift. Attends to initial needs such as water and other beverages as time permits. Works with Food Servers, covering stations, assisting as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Properly sets and cleans tables for guest arrival; using appropriate silverware, tableware and paper goods.

  • Clears tables promptly after meal so that there is room for additional items to be served.

  • Clear table of remaining items and wipe clean of any debris after the guests leave the restaurant (the chairs and floor underneath the table are also cleaned at this time).

  • See to it that items on the table such as condiment containers are all wiped clean prior to seating of new guest.

  • Side work including but not limited to; organizing refrigerators, removal of empty cans, glasses, and other unnecessary items; notifying dining room runner of any shortages; cleaning of all shelves and removal of all debris, during and at end of shift; rinsing and wiping clean all equipment used; distributing and returning all condiments to appropriate areas.

  • As time permits, assist food server in beverage and water service.

  • Additional duties as requested by the restaurant management; in accordance with all Health Code and Alcohol Regulations.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables.

  • Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing.

  • Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance.

  • Must deliver beverages as needed.

  • Must be able to work in high volume.

  • Work together as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experience.

NON-PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.

  • Valid Food Safety/Health Card required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must adhere to all safety measures and policies.

THE PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW ARE GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION. THE ACTUAL EXERTION LEVEL (AND FREQUENCY OF USE) CAN AND DOES FLUCTUATE DEPENDING ON THE INDIVIDUAL TASKS BEING PERFORMED.

PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to move throughout the restaurant during the entire shift.

  • Ability to lift and carry approximately 30 - 40 pounds repeatedly.

  • Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions.

  • Must be able to work in an environment with loud music and crowds for extended periods of time.

  • Must be able to stand for entire shift.
