Position Summary
Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems, and structures throughout the facility with an emphasis on HVAC/R systems.
Minimum Qualifications
-
o Minimum Education:Graduate of a refrigeration vocational/trade school or Refrigeration Apprenticeship.
o Minimum Experience:Five (5) years of recent and related experience as a refrigeration mechanic.
o Required Skills: *Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
o *Required Licenses: *New Mexico State Journeyman Refrigeration license required. Minimum Mechanical specialty MS-9.Must obtain Journeyman Refrigeration license from the state of NM within 6 months of hire or transfer. *EEOC Statement
