Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities; Paid Media Strategy Development. Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, programmatic display, and other digital advertising channels. Collaborate with the Director of Global Marketing and academic stakeholders to align paid media campaigns with enrollment goals and target audience demographics. Lead a team of specialists focused on paid media planning, execution, and reporting. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members to ensure high-quality campaign performance. Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns to promote specific degree programs, microlearning courses, and other offerings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies in real time and maximize ROI. Work closely with creative teams to ensure the development of compelling ad assets tailored to campaign goals and audience preferences. Oversee the paid media budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets. Track expenses, report on campaign spend, and provide detailed budget analyses to senior leadership. Collaborate with academic leaders, admissions teams, and external partners to ensure paid media efforts align with institutional priorities. Build strong relationships with external vendors and media buying agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Conduct data analysis to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Produce detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting campaign outcomes and opportunities for improvement. Performs other related duties as assigned.
