The Cloud Infra Strategy, Planning & Delivery Finance team is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to provide systems/tools project management, automation, simplification. As a crucial member of the team, you’ll also be at the forefront of building out tools, systems, and roadmaps to evolve our growing business, driving efficiencies, accuracy, and time/$ savings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Gather business requirements and develop detailed project plan.

  • Leads project execution across cross-functional business partners (Engineering/Finance) and complex programs.

  • Opportunistically evolve current state to drive continuous improvement and standardization of finance/accounting processes, including implementation of best practices to promote compliance, efficiency, accuracy, and time.

  • Create, track and maintain project plans to support the transformation roadmap of our current systems to the desired state in collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Support SMEs and business teams in root/cause analysis, bug resolution, enhancement, testing and change management of MSIO’s systems and tools.

  • Tailor communication to audiences at all levels including senior leadership on status of projects.

  • KPIs monitoring and reporting to facilitate prioritization and to measure impact of implementations.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or Finance work experience

  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience in transforming the controllership function and/or activities such as record to report, order to cash, source to pay.

  • Project management expertise in a cross functional environment (systems implementation, process improvement, Mergers & Acquisitions)

  • Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley, US GAAP (General Accepted Accounting Practices), and International accounting.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.

  • 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.

  • 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) or equivalent certification.

  • Determined business partnering experience, collaborative and inclusive when working with others.

  • Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle.

  • Support change management, stakeholder communication and user training during system/tools implementation phases.

  • Able to connect finance needs with systems/tools automation and improvements.

  • Advanced technical skills and ability to understand system infrastructure, tooling, testing, and automation needs.

  • Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed.

  • Effective written and verbal communications translating financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high value/high-impact project results through both individual and virtual-team efforts.

Controllership IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
