BayCare HomeCare is a pharmacy provider of infusion, enteral and specialty medication services. With BayCare HomeCare infusion services, our community can receive intravenous (IV) treatment safely from the comfort of their own home. Our pharmacy, located in Largo, provides infusion and specialty medications to adult and pediatric patients across 13 counties on the west coast of Florida and is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Supervisor Pharmacy position details:

• Facility: BayCare Health System, Infusion Services

• Location: HomeCare, Largo

• Status: Full Time, Salary

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Weekend Work: None

• On Call: Yes

Supervisor Pharmacy key responsibilities:

• Supervises members of the pharmacy team, which includes scheduling, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary action of pharmacy team members

• Assists the Pharmacy Manager with coordination of dispensing, system operation including technology, compliance with rules and regulations, and policy implementation compliance

• Works closely with the manager to improve the efficiency and quality of the services provided

Education :

• Required Bachelors - Pharmacy

• Required PharmD - Pharmacy

Credentials:

• Required Pharmacist State of Florida

• Preferred ASHP (Pharmacists) Accredited Program

Experience:

• 1 year Lead Role in a related field

• 1 year Pharmacy experience

• 3 years Home Infusion experience preferred
