Summary:

Responsible for assisting with the maintenance, operation, and minor repair of equipment and systems throughout Home Care sites and other ambulatory facilities. Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC work along with painting and drywall services for small build outs and repairs. May need to work off hours or weekends to meet needs. Position requires travel to sites to perform responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

Nonessential:

• Technical Program Completion or Degree

Credentials:

• Florida Drivers License

• Forklift

Experience:

1 year general maintenance technician
