Job Title: Receptionist

Employment Type: Temp to hire Full-time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday

Salary: $15 per hour

Location: Laramie, WY

Job Description:

Adecco is assisting a local client on their search for a professional and organized Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for the company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.

  • Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Assist with general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

  1. Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Enter data into Microsoft Excel, Access, and other software programs accurately and efficiently.

  • Compile and generate reports as required by management.

  1. Assisting Other Departments:
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill administrative tasks and support team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

-Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Access (Preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
