Job Description
We are looking for a Development Lead who will be instrumental in steering the technology team's efforts in integration, development, data management, and reporting initiatives. This position will be full-time and hybrid.
What You'll Do
Oversee and direct technology team operations in integration and development tasks, ensuring efficient data management and robust reporting capabilities
Establish and maintain the overarching design vision, ensuring solutions are streamlined, innovative, and leverage the full potential of our chosen technologies
Critically evaluate design proposals to identify and address gaps, ensuring a cohesive and effective architectural strategy
Enhance transparency and understanding around design decisions, fostering a culture of informed and collaborative problem-solving
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that integration and technology initiatives align with overarching project timelines and objectives
Contribute to the formulation of deployment strategies, conducting readiness assessments at critical project milestones to ensure successful rollouts
Serve as a technical subject matter expert, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the software application modules for implementation and customization
Supervise and guide the work of the legacy analyst and application developers, collaborating closely with application functional analysts to review and refine functional specifications
What You'll Need
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of technical leadership experience on projects comparable in size and complexity, with a proven track record of managing security aspects effectively
At least 5 years of experience in facilitating compliance and ensuring adherence to security protocols for clients and stakeholders
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and direct staff towards achieving secure, accurate, efficient, and timely service delivery
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
Preferred:
Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a cooperative and collaborative work environment
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) methodologies and tools
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
Knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance regulations relevant to the project's scope
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy
Physical Demands:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
