Day In the Life of a Graphic Designer

Are you a visual story-teller? Do you get motivated when you dig into new design trends? Does working in a fast-paced, innovative industry excite you? We want you to join our team!

We would count on you to support our team with:

  • Developing compelling, visual design that informs and educates the client, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Create, revise, and execute on a multitude of deliverables:
    • Proposals, infographics, reports
    • Maps, wayfinding graphics, and social media graphics
    • Presentations, branded templates, logos, and brand assets
    • And much more
  • Visually translate technical, complex industry materials into compelling and illustrative designs that easily communicates to a broad audience.

* What Experience You Bring*

  • 4 years of Graphic Design experience, including print layout.
  • A portfolio of design work to show off your hard work!
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent sense of design principles: color, layout, and ability to establish a clear hierarchy of information.
  •  
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Build relationships with multiple project managers, coordinators, and clients to meet their project expectations.
  • Talk the talk by showing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and grow, be self-motivated, and keep your glass half-full.

What Sets You Apart

While not required, you'll really stand out if you have the following skillsets:

  • Video editing and/or animations
  • Photo simulation/Visualizations (2D/3D)
  • Social media account management
