Assist the Michigan Education Trust (MET) Director with coordinating marketing efforts to raise the awareness of MET's charitable programs, including the Fostering Futures Scholarship Trust Fund (FFS), by assisting with public relations projects, attending events, disseminating informational materials, and scheduling and making presentations throughout the state to encourage the purchase of charitable contracts and to solicit donations and sponsorships to FFS. Conduct surveys, review results, and perform follow-up, as needed. This position researches, collects, tracks, consolidates, analyzes, and evaluates data, including but not limited to the number of attendees at fundraising events, the number and value of articles placed in newspapers, social media mentions, and the number of charitable partnerships established. This position updates charitable partners in Salesforce and prepares reports for marketing and event budgeting. Additionally, this position serves as the marketing and program service representative and is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and attending MET and other charitable events.
