Position Description

Treasury is a key strategic partner within Ford, integral to all segments of the automotive business and the finance company, Ford Credit. Treasury is the company interface with the financial markets and supports Ford’s liquidity and balance sheet.

We are looking for talented liberal arts undergraduates who are interested in a foundational introduction to corporate treasury and have an interest in pursuing a longer-term career in the financial markets.

Our capital markets development program intends to provide an introduction to and development in the financial markets through three 12-18 month rotations. New analysts will build a broad base of Treasury knowledge through rotations in cash management, investments, foreign exchange trading and debt issuance.

Treasury candidates will have many opportunities to interact and network with senior leaders across Treasury departments, including formal and informal mentorship and social activities. Assignments will be located at the corporate headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates will have a liberal arts degree from a highly rated institution

• Graduation date no later than June 2024

• Ability to think conceptually and creatively to solve real-world problems

• Strong desire to learn about the financial markets and the role of corporations within them

• Desire to pursue a future MBA -- company sponsorship is available for highest performers

Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must have permanent authorization to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
