Therapeutic Staff Support

Do you want to work in a dynamic work environment where no day is ever the same as the next? In this role, your tasks will be diversified and you will be supporting our mission.

  • Provide 1:1 and intervention including behavior modification techniques and proactive strategies to stabilize the child or adolescent as outlined in the service plan.

  • Work collaboratively with manager and team members to ensure the service plan is meeting the child’s needs and recommends other services.

  • Provide therapeutic supervision of children in our care during treatment and educational activities.

  • Support family and school personnel in their efforts to stabilize the child by providing information, guidance, modeling, and counseling.

  • Document behavioral progress and collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and experience working with children/ adolescents which varies by program and requirements of the managed care organization (MCO).

  • Licensed as required by state.

  • A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing guidance.

  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.

  • A commitment to quality in everything you do.
