The Eastern Region of Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Sales Manager, eSales. The position will report to regional sales manager, eSales. The position can be based in any of the Eastern Region branch offices.

Do you have a strong sales background and demonstrated sales success? Are you a team leader who can identify and motivate sales talent? If so, we have a great opportunity for you. We are in search of a high-energy, driven technical sales professional to lead and grow the e*sales program across the region and to lead the onboarding, training and development of new sales associates in the region.


  • Establish and set targets with branch leadership teams and e branch reps for local and individual proposal activity and sales.

  • Initiate procedures and leadership practices to create a business environment for participative management.

  • Responsible for ongoing measurement and tracking with local management of individual results (performance vs. objective).

  • Lead weekly e branch service sales meetings. Enforce systematic sales management practices with processes and tools applied.

  • Assume active role in recruitment and selection of e branch reps for the region.

  • Position will be responsible for onboarding, training, & development.

  • Collaborate with the region’s regional sales managers and branch managers to analyze customer accounts and identify all accounts eligible for e branch.


  • Ability to manage in a decentralized work environment

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers, team members, and Otis management is critical for this role.

  • Self-motivated to work independently and efficiently in a competitive, customer focused environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate stakeholder interest are critical for this role.

  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic team environment

  • Ready to take on new challenges daily, be detailed oriented, and able to prioritize

  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated business decision making skills

  • Ability to fully utilize and adapt to changing technological resources
