ASRC Federal Holding Company Resource Analyst, Senior in Langley, Virginia

ASRC Federal Business Innovation, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Resource Analyst, Senior in support of the ACC IBS Exec Support Program on site at Langley AFB.

Key Role:

Conduct quantitative analyses of information involving investment programs or financial data of the IBS EA Enterprise, including budget development, financial execution analysis, and process quality and efficiency analysis for all within the IBS EA Staff portfolio.

Assist IBS EA Staff in planning and organizing activities of the IBS enterprise.

Provide input on specified IBS policies, programs, and budget items that affect the IBS worldwide enterprise.

Assist IBS EA Staff Director and Branch Chiefs in managing and executing two portfolios; this includes an operating budget with Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Research and Development (R&D) and Procurement funds.

Perform program and resource management functions to effectively plan, program, budget and execute DoD Appropriations.

Serve as the focal point for budget development, financial execution analysis, and process quality and efficiency analysis for all within the IBS EA Staff portfolio.

Serve as the lead on budgetary principles, practices and policies, legal/regulatory controls over approved budgets and implement internal controls.

Communicate budget analysis results in oral presentations and written technical reports. Advise on the management of Government Purchase Card (GPC), Commander’s Resource Information System (CRIS), Financial Management Suite (FM Suite), and Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS).

Assist in monitoring Defense Travel System (DTS), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)/Join Appointment Module (JAM) to administer by-law programs.

Requirements :

3 + years Financial Management related experience

Prior Integrated Broadcast Systems (IBS) related experience

Active Top Secrete DOD Clearance or eligible for Top Secret

BS/BA degree desired but not required
