Position Summary
This field sales role within the Microbiology Business Division focuses on building and managing relationships within a specified territory, directly serving Industrial Food & Water testing segments. In this role, you will help customers advance microbiology through innovative, high-quality solutions while driving growth and achieving sales goals through a customer-centered business plan.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships to maximize growth with national accounts, ensuring access to new opportunities.
Achieve sales objectives by crafting, executing, and tracking performance to targets, forecasts, and business plans.
Partner with local sales channels and teams across divisions to grow our microbiology portfolio regionally.
Promote exceptional customer satisfaction by fostering high-level relationships and collaborating with TSS, KAM, Product Management, Marketing, and FAS.
Conduct territory-specific account management, leveraging market insights to drive sales and increase opportunities.
Drive new customer acquisition by managing the full commercial process, from quotes to tender submissions.

Qualifications:
Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related field, with relevant microbiology product experience.
1–5 years of sales experience in a similar field.
Clean driving license with 60% travel within the territory.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
