Are you ready to bring your innovative perspective and creative skills to our Brand and Communications Department? Join our team in Landskrona or Malmö, Sweden, and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of.

What you would do as our Content Producer

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Producer to join our Brand and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video and other media content for both internal and external communications. This position plays an essential role in our day-to-day business, supporting our central leadership, strategic communications and works closely with local markets around the world. You will be reporting to the Global Creative Lead.

In this role, you will:

• Handle various projects such as virtual town halls, interviews, strategic communications, product demos, and training sessions.

• Take charge of the video and media production process from the initial concept to the final edit, encompassing everything from scriptwriting and storyboarding to filming, photographing events, editing, and overseeing post-production details.

• Oversee and manage internal media assets and video production facilities.

• Transform complex ideas into clear, compelling content for a wide audience, while guiding interview subjects to deliver their messages effectively and authentically on video.

• Collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather necessary information, plan and execute video shoots, and coordinate project timelines and deliverables as part of larger initiatives.

• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and meets established quality standards.

• Actively contribute to the development of our video content strategy, bringing forward creative ideas to enhance the overall quality and impact of our communications.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for a candidate with:

• 2-5 years of experience in content creation, corporate video production, video editing, or similar roles.

• Advanced skills in non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or ideally, DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong command of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

• exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A degree or formal training in video production, media, design, or related fields is ideal; however, self-taught candidates with a strong showreel are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous: photography, videography, audio editing, color grading, motion graphics, or animation.

• Familiarity with video content / digital asset management systems is a bonus.

The ideal candidate is an independent problem-solver and creative thinker, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Their strong time management and multitasking abilities allow them to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

With a solid grasp of video production techniques and storytelling principles, their expertise extends beyond video editing to a solid understanding of general media production software. They possess a keen technical interest and an eye for detail, constantly seeking opportunities to expand their skill set in areas such as photography, videography, animation, and 3D work.

The candidate's excellent command of English enables them to collaborate seamlessly across our truly international company and support colleagues in refining their communication for optimal clarity and impact. They are skilled at managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating efficient communication, and fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
