Acadia Healthcare Business Development Representative in Lancaster, South Carolina

Description

The Business Development Representative serves is a vital piece of the strategic team at Rebound Behavioral Health, an acute inpatient setting for adult men and women who have been experiencing a wide range of mental or behavioral health challenges. The Business Development Representative will serve as a strategic partner within the facility and surrounding community through collaboration, education and sourcing various referral sources in the state of South Carolina and neighboring states/communities.

Functions include, but not limited to:

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key referral sources identifying and extending opportunities for partnering and growth.

  • Works closely with facility discharge partners, direct care professionals to generate referral sources.

  • Coordinates with direct care professionals and intake department to ensure efficient admissions process for all patients.

  • Educates patients, families, community partners/potential partners other referral sources on programs, services and amenities provided within facility.

  • Travels frequently throughout designated area and beyond to meet and educate referral sources through Ohio and neighboring states.

  • Utilizes analytic tools, such as Salesforce to efficiently display productivity for connections with referral sources.

  • Establishes community outreach initiatives and facilities in partnership with Director and direct care professionals.

Educational/Licensure/Experience Requirements:

  • Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, social work, counseling and/or nursing required.

  • Four (4) or more years’ experience in healthcare business development role required.

  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile, where facility requires.
