Senior Treasury Analyst - $80,000 to $95,000 plus bonus (HYBRID WORK)

Great HYBRID role for growing company in Lancaster working for a great Manager and working with an outstanding Treasury team.

Meaningful role in which you will have the opportunity to make an impact and know that no day will be the same in terms of job responsibilities.

Our client observes a HYBRID work schedule in which employees may work 3 days a week remotely.

This is a great opportunity / role for a treasury professional to take the "next step" in his / her career.

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of treasury experience is required. Progression towards earning a CTP and / or MBA is preferred but not required.

responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Payment Service Providers and various Business Leaders across the company (10+ business units in all).

• Streamline and enhance the company's payment reconciliation processes.

• Responsible to maintain cash flow forecasts and proactively engage the leadership team to address risks and opportunities.

• Reporting of key performance metrics and communicate actionable business insights and recommendations for change to the Senior Management Team.

qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of treasury experience required

• Strong Excel / Financial Systems skill preferred

• Ability to work with and interpret large amounts of data and work within a deadline oriented environment
