DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: At Ecore, we're dedicated to fostering a rewarding and engaging work environment. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a new Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in overseeing our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with our company's objectives and enhance our employees' experience.

Location: on-site, hybrid, or 100% remote. Office located at 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

Compensation and Benefits Analyst Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience

Core Contributions:  * Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.  * Conduct thorough market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards.  * Design and implement competitive salary structures, incentive programs, and recognition programs to attract and retain top talent.  * Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement effective total rewards strategies that support employee engagement and retention.  * Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and promotions.  * Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive payouts.  * Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.  * Manage the end-to-end administration of leave of absence programs, including FMLA, state-specific leaves, and worker compensation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and EH&S, to ensure accurate and timely processing of leave requests. Partner with external vendors, such as third-party administrators and insurance carriers, to manage disability and/or workers compensation claims effectively.  * Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.  * Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.  * Provide backup to payroll processes.  * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the overall strategic goals of the organization.  * Approximately 4-6 on-site visits required each year for vendor meetings, open enrollment, and other key projects.

Essential Experiences:  * Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline  * 4+ years of compensation and benefits experience  * CBP or CCP certification preferred  * Experience working with self-funded insurance administration preferred  * Experience working closely with federal and state employment, compensation and benefit laws  * Proficiency in HRIS systems and Excel
