Commercial Sales Account Representative

We are currently seeking a Commercial Service Technical Advisor. Candidate will be responsible for conducting a wide range of HVAC, Plumbing sales activities in support of the departmental and corporate business plan.

Key responsibilities include:

• Pull quote and technician recommendation tickets from the sales board and send out for pricing

• Send quote to customer or to Account Manager

• Assist technicians that are on jobs looking for parts if needed

• Inform customers of the parts lead times

• Review warranty on parts and equipment as needed

• Work with service dispatch team to schedule jobs as parts arrive

• Follow up on quoted work

• Performing sales related duties as directed by the Service Manager

• Forecast sales for the month to be completed as well as report on current work-in-progress

• Assist Account Managers on larger project quotes as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years relevant HVAC Commercial Sales experience

• Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to sell to a wide range of commercial customers.

• Must be self-motivated, team-oriented to respond quickly to changing customer demands.

• Ability to use time productivity, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals

• Current driver’s license.

• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

• Must possess and maintain exceptional work ethic as well as uphold company values and demand the highest

standard of conduct from self and others.
