Fairfield Homes is looking for an experienced, senior-level *Construction Project Manager *to lead and manage multifamily, affordable housing construction projects in the Central Ohio area. If you have a passion for quality building, have a history of managing projects that are completed on time and within budget, we'd like to hear from you!

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Leading construction projects from conception to completion
  • Managing timelines and budgets
  • Ensuring construction compliance and standards
  • Establishing and monitoring subcontractors and vendors
