Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting tasks. Responsibilities include evaluating and recommending equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, capability, and yield. The role involves performing equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment problems. The technician will prepare technical reports documenting equipment modifications and maintenance procedures and oversee and review the work of lower-level technicians.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position east of Columbus, Ohio

Work Environment

State of the Art Facility. All machines are brand new and highly automated. The facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness, with production lines being shut down if necessary to ensure cleanliness. Shifts are 12 hours long, operating on a 2-2-3 schedule, with work hours from 6a-6p or 6p-6a. Employees will work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, with overtime available.
