Landscape Maintenance Crew LEADER If you would like to provide our clients with a beautifully maintained outdoor environment, are a energetic, highly motivated individual with experience in the lawn and landscape industry. We would love to hear from you. Essential Duties: · Effectively manage crew members to efficiently complete daily mowing route · Operate lawn maintenance equipment including, but not limited to, edger, string trimmer, mower, and backpack blower · Safely transport crew and equipment from site to site · Mentor and train crew members while adhering to company standards · Complete paperwork and mobile applications as required · Snow removal during winter months as needed · Cutting turf, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment · Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve the growth habit or remove damaged branches · Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch · Picking up trash and debris · Performing weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe · Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers · Helping keep your team's work quality, safety and time management on point Requirements: · Previous landscape experience · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation · Ability to safely operate a truck and trailer · Must be 18 years of age · Ability to operate mobile and other cloud-based technology · Detail oriented · Strong work ethic If you love working with your hands and delivering quality workmanship, please contact us. infoncohio@gmail.com, 740-407-5920, 740-789-5013
