POSITION: Overflow Processing Center Lead Eligibility Technician

DUTIES: Processing items in accordance with Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing processes and standards Overseeing the distribution of work among eligibility technicians Assisting eligibility technicians in balancing workload Assisting eligibility technicians with case management Documenting distribution and completion of work Reporting information back to the Supervisors

REQUIREMENTS: Extensive knowledge of basic computer operations. Extensive knowledge of health care administration, including managed care, Medicaid and CHP+ eligibility and enrollment processes preferred. Extensive knowledge of Federal and State statutes, legislative initiatives and regulations, and Federal, State, and local policies preferred. Demonstrate effective and efficient communications skills, both written and oral. Full certification in both MAGI and Non-MAGI case assessment. Completion of full minimum training requirements to process cases for the Overflow Processing Center.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver's license and able to drive to meetings and trainings required.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Identification by Leadership as possessing the soft and leadership skills necessary to assist with minor supervisory duties.

WAGE: $17.00-$18.50 hourly

SHIFTS: Full Time, Monday - Friday. Office open during typical business hours.

JOB SITE: Granada, Colorado
