Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and implementation process for successful submission of the client application and retrieval of required documents. Serve as point person for clients and Affiliate Partner (AP) contacts for operational questions or concerns Field and resolve incoming SPA questions and escalations Serve as point person for SPA for any current client needs Track client incidents and follow up for quality control Foster a cohesive relationship with sales partners Report client concerns or potentially at risk clients to management and SPA Other tasks as assigned or requested Complete special projects as assigned by management Develop knowledge of products, procedures, and technologies in order to better serve SPA clients Other job-related duties as assigned What are the requirements? Strong sales orientation with deep understanding of service operations to facilitate relationship building and establish and maintain referral partnerships. Creative minded professional to support SPA's continued business growth by thinking outside the box. Demonstrated history of exemplary customer service and excellent client retention rate Strong written and interpersonal communication skills required Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines Ability to multi task Proficient in online technologies and social media used to electronically market products and services. Working knowledge of Google G-Suite and MS Office Fluent in sales and operations languages to support trust-building between the channels to foster, cultivate and nurture internal and external relationships. Prefer candidate with strong understanding of sales process and sales acumen. Preferred knowledge of Heartland Payroll service model and product offerings, or discernible interest to learn A working knowledge of payroll, wage and tax laws, and IRS/State regulations is highly desirable Heartland is an equal opportunity employer.
