NeoGraf Solutions LLC Production Operator - Jet Mill in Lakewood, Ohio
Production Operator - Jet Mill - 3rd Shift Up to $24.36 per hour Eligible for shift premium on 3rd shift ($1.15 per hour) We have immediate openings for a Production Operator - Jet Mill on 3rd Shift at our Lakewood, OH facility. The primary function of this position is to safely operate different types of equipment/machinery in order to process material and products to be shipped to customers. Responsibilities: Work in a safe manner and follow all HS&EP regulations, policies and procedures. Operate production equipment and machinery involved in material processing. Float between our production departments as needed. Adhere to all quality standards. Proactively make or suggest adjustments to equipment and/or processes in order to maintain the efficient and safe production of high quality material. Maintain good housekeeping in area/Department. Perform autonomous maintenance tasks as part of our preventive maintenance program. Perform data entry work on a computer. Maintain all written records required to execute jobs. Reporting maintenance requirements for equipment used. Other duties as required by management. Qualifications: High school Diploma or GED required. Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility preferred. Previous experience operating production machinery/equipment preferred. Previous experience operating a tow motor a plus. Previous experience operating converting and automated equipment a plus. Ability to work in a team environment. Detail oriented. Strong communication skills. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., climb ladders, operate a variety of hand tools and operate fork lift. Working Conditions: Frequent lifting, standing, bending, twisting, stooping is required as part of this position.
