Your innovative ideas and enthusiasm, combined with our industry-leading expertise, will drive our continued success as the premier manufacturer of advanced motion and process control components and systems. * Program duration: 1-2 years * Program Structure: 2-4 rotations, up to 6 months per rotation * Rotation length: Typically 6 months each * Relocation requirements: Rotations will likely require relocation. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program. * Travel requirements: Travel to Parker's corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio for program review, personal development and interaction with fellow program participants and mentors. As an entry-level engineer, you will collaborate with seasoned engineers to manage and execute independent projects. Additionally, you will provide support to other managers and engineers as needed. Parker's Engineering Leadership Development Associate Program offers two engineering tracks: Design Track The program will accelerate learning and appreciation of new product development through cross-functional and cross-group exposure and will ensure new college grads develop skills for career progression through Parker Hannifin * Research, evaluate and recommend viable solutions to business issues * Work on a division, group, and/or peer team to complete assigned projects * Complete and present team projects to stakeholders * Present technical data to teammates * Complete multiple technology courses and training programs * Design, testing, integration, and qualification of Parker products Manufacturing / Automation Track The program will accelerate learning and appreciation of manufacturing processes through cross-functional and cross-group exposure and will ensure new college grads develop skills for career progression through Parker Hannifin. * Assist in equipment design activities utilizing engineering background and lead individual capstone project * Engage in advanced/complex problem solving using Six Sigma methods/tools. * Perform analysis and develop methods for controlling production quality and costs. * Design and improve manufacturing/production methods and/or control systems using new, existing, or modified machinery and equipment. Design tools and equipment as necessary. * Introduce or recommend changes to design/build methods, safety measures, and equipment reliability * Design
