Customer Service Representative
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Contract-to-permanent opportunity!
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Manage all calls that come into the department from customers
Respond to customers and wholesalers chats/messages that come in through the company website
Assist customers with online order inquiries
Maintain documentation in system
Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:
Must have previous experience in customer service assisting customers over the phone and online
Clear and professional communication skills
Detail oriented and can multitask
