Customer Service Representative

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Contract-to-permanent opportunity!

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Manage all calls that come into the department from customers

• Respond to customers and wholesalers chats/messages that come in through the company website

• Assist customers with online order inquiries

• Maintain documentation in system

  Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in customer service assisting customers over the phone and online

• Clear and professional communication skills

• Detail oriented and can multitask
