Responsibilities OVERVIEW: The Reliability Engineering Sr. Manager is an enterprise best practice's role focused standardization and process improvements driving improved business results across all manufacturing sites. It ensures we are effectively and efficiently applying the most appropriate tools and techniques to maintain our physical plant assets. Key areas include maintenance strategy development, application of condition monitoring technologies, analysis of equipment history, and root cause failure analysis. This position will closely work with plant leadership, maintenance, and operations teams to implement the associated best practices. Responsible for Project and Change Management for assigned projects and sites. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Own and continually improve Reliability Management Standards and Processes across the enterprise. Be the Champion for Reliability Best Practices across the organization. Drive standardization, improvements, and maturity across all plants in developing and executing comprehensive Maintenance Strategies, adoption of Condition Monitoring technologies, and reduction of chronic equipment failure through Root Cause Analysis. Establish KPIs and metrics to ensure standardization and improvements are being realized across the enterprise. Manage the Reliability Management assessment process. Assist plants with development of short- and long-term improvement plans. Audit, drive improvements, and provide feedback to plant and corporate leadership for Reliability Management Processes. Maximize plant asset availability, efficiency, and predictability through implementation of best practices. Create and deliver training across the enterprise. Coach and mentor plant sites on reliability best practices. Project Manage reliability transformation and reliability improvement plans for assigned site. Develop, coordinate, and lead change management plan, activities, and deliverables at site to drive improved business results. Supervise and lead Enterprise Reliability Team. Own standard and process for equipment failure code master data. Drive standardization and improvements to drive business results. Participate in the turnover of projects from Engineering to Maintenance to ensure adherence to the Reliability Management processes. Support, manage and lead roll out of best practices across the enterprise. Work with sites and enterprise maintenance reliability team to roll out new processes, functionality, and capabilities in EAM to drive improved business results. Collaborate and share knowledge across all plants. Coordinate roundtable meetings and networking calls. Function as the liaison between the plant Maintenance Teams and the EAM basis team to develop new reporting and EAM functionality enhancements as required. Stay abreast of new developments within the Reliability Management field and determine if incorporating these can improve PCB business results. Develop and keep reliability road up to date as best practices, technology, and business needs evolve. Support and partner with sites to drive continuous improvement in best practices driving business results. Support cultural improvement in safety, inclusion, and engagement by serving as a role model for Vision/Values/Behaviors. Promote and follow company and safe work practices and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Education: Four-year degree (or the equivalent work experience) in Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, or related fields. Advanced training in reliability engineering. SMRP or other similar certifications are desirable. Experience: Extensive (15+ years) plant experience leading and supervising a high-performance reliability team. Reliability Engineering experience is desirable. Experience implementing best practice and standard work across an enterprise. Knowledge and implementation of maintenance management principles and best practices including but not limited to precision maintenance, preventive maintenance, root cause failure analysis, and application of condition monitoring technologies. Strong Background with EAM Systems, Hexagon EAM is experience is desirable. Knowledge and experience in conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis, and RAM Analysis, Fundamental understanding of plant production, packaging and utility processes. Experience in data analysis, identifying performance gaps, and delivering actionable solutions. Experience in developing and delivering training Familiar with business system development, documentation and driving change across plants and enterprises. Customer and project management experience. Responsible for accurate and timely completion of assigned work JOB ACCOUNTABILITY Work Structure: Works under general guidance of the Enterprise Maintenance Reliability Director. Works closely with Enterprise Reliability Team, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, Reliability Engineers, Operations Maintenance Coordinators, Maintenance Supervisors and Planners. Work is highly independent and collaborative in nature. Must be willing to work occasional altered work schedules to support plants and execute job duties. Travel is required to support duties, typically 2-3 trips per month. The ability to relocate in future is desirable.
