Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk. The role primarily involves managing and processing customer orders and maintaining detailed records in our internal system. This job is based in Lakeville, Massachusetts and provides the flexibility of working remotely if desired.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer orders received and enter them into our internal system

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

• Efficiently manage customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner

• Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Google Chat for communication and data entry tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Ensure all data entry tasks are done with attention to detail

• Perform typing tasks and order entry as required

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Carry out other tasks related to data entry as needed Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service

• Demonstrated skills in Data Entry

• Experience with Email Correspondence

• Proficient in Microsoft Word

• Typing speed and accuracy

• Familiarity with Order Entry

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Basic understanding of databases and data analysis procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position is preferred.
