What you'll do:

Bay point Resort and Marina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our operation. As a leader at Bay Point Resort and Marina, you will play a pivotal role in developing and empowering your team, overseeing daily operations, and creating a positive and welcoming environment for all members and team members.

Your job will include:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dining room
• Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction
• Train and supervise front of house staff, including bartenders, servers, and runners.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
• Implement and enforce food safety protocols and health regulations.
• Create and update schedules for front of house staff.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring new team members.

Experience and skills you need:

• 1+ years' experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
• Excellent communication skills
• You enjoy being a team player
• Ability to lift 15-30 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility between the dining room and kitchen for periods of up to 8 hours in length
• Must be at least 18 years old
