The Class A Line Truck Driver is a key position at our Lakeside plant. Every day you’re out in the field, safely delivering precast products.

A highlight of your day to day will include:

  • Transporting precast materials, securing loads, and ensuring that your truck does not exceed the maximum weight limits for transport.

  • Understand and are fully aware of all DOT guidelines and adheres to such regulations; maintain logs of working hours, of vehicle service and repair status following applicable state and federal regulations; check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.

  • Ensure proper customer service by reviewing and comparing invoice to what product is loaded; collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions, and requested routes/drop off location; read and interpret maps to determine vehicle routes; drive trucks to weigh stations before and after loading and along routes.

You’re a licensed Class A CDL driver. You like to be home daily and paid hourly. Large and heavy flatbed loads doesn’t scare you. You don’t take shortcuts. You’re safety conscious not just for yourself, but for your team.

We’re open to individuals who aren’t just looking for their next job, they’re looking to build a career. You want an opportunity to showcase your skill set with a solid company who will invest in you. In our culture – everyone matters.

Much like you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his Company in 1968. Since founded, we’ve been supporting communities across Nevada, California, Arizona, Washington, and Hawaii.

Jensen Precast likely has an impact on your daily life. We build culverts to take water away from your neighborhoods, underground utility boxes to hold cables, and manholes to allow workers access to the sewers deep below the roads we drive on. And that’s just a small sample of what we do at Jensen on a daily basis.

When you work at one of Jensen’s many locations, you will enjoy the close relationships and camaraderie of a small company while being part of a larger, well-established, growing company.

We are committed to ensuring employment practices that promote equal opportunities. Please let us know if you require any reasonable accommodations during your interview process.

If there is an offer, the salary presented will consider several factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, training, and internal equity. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Jensen Precast. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.
