Position will be on site daily with a team of supportive representatives and leads responsible for providing the utmost customer service and support to our patients! Hours are flexible, M-F between 8am and 8pm, 40 hours weekly! Pay rate is $15.50/hour with full time conversion potential!

Overview

• Job Title: Patient Support Representative

• Location: Lakeland, FL 33810

• Environment: 100% in office

• Pay Rate: $15.50/hr

• Duration: Long term contract with conversion to a permanent position based on job performance and attendance.

Daily Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and/or emails to provide outstanding customers support to patients and healthcare providers

• Investigate and resolve issues which may arise during interactions with patients and healthcare providers

• Handle data entry tasks, including system updates and documenting interactions with patients and healthcare providers

• Remain flexible, organized, and adaptable to changing program rules and regulations

Multiple full-time shift options are available: M-F from 8am to 8pm, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours weekly
