Machine Operator

Job Decription

This individual will operate laser equipment and card molding/punching equipment.

Candidates must have transferable skills and be able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions:

• Responsible for some quality control points and taking simple measurements using calipers, micrometers, etc.

• Inspecting and spot-checking to ensure there are no air or fluid leaks in any lines, priming machines, performing preventive maintenance (PMs), and lubricating machines.

• Conducting process troubleshooting and improvement.

• Working through process problems related to card production, electronic issues involving technology integration in cards, and injection molding issues.

Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 8AM-4PM.

• Flexibility to work later some days may be required. Saturday work is very rare but could happen.

Must Have:

-1+ years of machine operation experience.

-Experience with punches, presses, stamping, form/fill/seal, mills, etc. is a huge PLUS.

-Must know how to utilize calipers and micrometers.
