As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and submitting accurate, customized invoices to clients, ensuring timely and efficient billing processes. You'll collaborate closely with customers in your assigned portfolio to resolve discrepancies, facilitate payments, and maintain smooth invoicing operations. Responsibilities

As a Billing Specialist, Job Duties include:

• Manage and maintain Accounts Receivable (A/R) for assigned accounts, ensuring that outstanding payments are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.Ensure on-time and accurate billing for assigned accounts.

• Prepare customized billing formats as required, ensuring that all client-specific needs are met.

• Work closely with Key Account Sales teams to identify and resolve pricing issues, ensuring invoices reflect accurate and agreed-upon prices.

• Address equipment discrepancies in collaboration with the Key Account Sales team to ensure accuracy.

• Research and resolve recurring billing issues, adjustments, and discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.

Skills:

• 2+ years experience as a Billing Specialist in complex billing processes, ideally in a B2B environment.

• Experience with multiple billing types (e.g., hourly, flat-rate, product/service-based) is highly desirable.

• Effective communication skills, both internally and externally, to address customer and internal inquiries.

• Ability to learn and manage multiple systems, portals, and customer interfaces.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that billing issues are identified and resolved swiftly.
