A Southland Holdings company, Johnson Bros., is currently accepting resumes for a experienced Structures Foreman for our large heavy civil project.
The Jobsite Structures Foreman will assist in the execution of and direct the following activities:
5+ years of heavy civil construction experience - with an emphasis on structures, specifically bridges.
2-3 years of experience supervising structures crews and crane operators.
5+ years operating heavy equipment
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications and other related documents
Advanced formwork rough carpentry knowledge
Knowledge of patent form systems like EFCO, Symons or similar
Excellent communication skills
Good attitude and be a hard worker
Proven track record in a field supervisory role
Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously on the same job
Make use of available resources while maintaining quality and production
Strong knowledge of the construction industry, regulatory compliance and technology
Excellent interpersonal skills to network with coworkers and fit company’s culture
Desire to contribute for company’s growth and profit .
