Kforce HR Coordinator in Lake Wales, Florida

Kforce's client in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. This client is a start-up retail company that is currently growing. They offer their employees opportunities for internal growth, as well as a strong compensation and benefits package. This company has a great culture and tight-knit team. This role will be fully in-office.The HR Coordinator will administer the onboarding process, assist with new-hire orientation, and schedule screenings and interviews. The HR Coordinator will also track new hires and promotions, and assist with the offboarding process.Additional duties of the HR Coordinator: * Advise employees on HR policies * Send reminders regarding payroll deadlines * Assist with unemployment claims, leaves of absence, FMLA, etc. * Help track attendance * Assist with event planning * Respond to HR related inquires * Perform other duties as assigned * Bachelor's degree required * 2-4 years of related HR experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent communication skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
