General Summary/Objective:The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for duties associated with the development and management of social media marketing.Duties/Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate on and execute a results-driven social media strategy for multiple divisions in the company.2.Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms and websites.3.Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.4.Serve as primary point of contact for third party partners that assist BRANY and its divisions with marketing and social media. Facilitate revisions to social media and website posts as needed.5.Coordinate and keep track of revisions to blog posts, articles, webpages etc.6.Collect information from staff attending events to use for social media content. Announce attendance at conferences etc.7.Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels as applicable for the specific division. 8.Collaborate with marketing team(s) to create a social media calendar(s).9.Monitor social media channels for industry trends, review with division leaders and post information timely.10.Monitor social media of BRANY owner institutions, FDA, OHRP, NIH, and other relevant websites to repost relevant content as appropriate.11.Synchronize posts on social media and BRANY websites as applicable.12.Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments. Seek feedback as needed to ensure responses are appropriate and timely.13.Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.14.Assist in the development and management of social media marketing. Gain more followers on LinkedIn and other social sites as appropriate. 15.Routinely updates management about the status of ongoing projects.16.Maintain and update information in BRANY computer databases as applicable.17.Train and develop new or inexperienced staff in the Department or BRANY staff.18.Assist management or Department staff in other activities as needed. 19.Use communication skills to establish and maintain good working relationships outside of BRANY as needed.20.Use writing skills to effectively communicate via email and written correspondence.21.Work independently, take initiative, and troubleshoot daily routine problems as they occur. Develop or recommend a plan of corrective action for non-routine issues.22.Work as a team member on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. ()23.Establish and maintain good working relationships with site liaisons, investigators, and ancillary departments at the various sites. Non-Essential Functions will be noted by asterisk (*).
