Description

We're looking for aQuality Technician II, working inBiotechnology/Medical Devicesindustry in3600 North 2nd Street, Lake St. Louis, Missouri, 63147, United States.

• Follow good documentation practices for the accurate and timely documentation of all activities.

• Perform product bioburden testing on incoming raw materials and finished products.

• Perform endotoxin testing by kinetic and gel clot methods.

• Perform water sampling at various production areas.

• Perform purified water testing as required by USP.

• Perform lab and plant environmental monitoring.

Experience Required for Your Success

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in science related field (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology) or equivalent combination of education, experience, and competencies

• Use of analytical balance

• pH Meter

• TOC Analyzer

• Kinetic Turbidimetric Analyzer

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of application of basic principles, theories and concepts in Microbiology

• Basic knowledge and understanding of aseptic technique

• LIMS entry of data

• Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred

• Working knowledge of instrumentation preferred
